We're vegan, and we dropped into Leaf for a late brunch on a recent visit to Boulder. The vegan biscuits and gravy were phenomenal... light, fluffy and full of flavor. We tried the egg sandwich, modified with tofu and vegan cheese. While it was full of flavor, the texture of the tofu was a bit too soft for our liking. I'd recommend skipping this dish if you're not a fan of soft tofu. The vegan benedict was also fantastic.
We recently ordered takeout from Camdi and I was really excited about vegan cream cheese wontons... until we bit into them and realized there was no vegan cream cheese in them at all.
Someone surprised me with an amazing (vegan) dinner here recently. I definitely can't remember all of the ingredients, but we had an awesome salad with a poached pear; spaghetti squash with mushrooms, corn & (vegan) pesto; the best cherry and strawberry sorbet I've ever had.
