This Asian bistro serves a variety of vegan dishes
For starters, try the Miso Soup (contains no fish broth), Vegetable Tempura or Fried Tofu (both fried in vegan batter), Vietnamese Spring Rolls (with tofu substituted for shrimp) or the Ginger House Salad. Vegetarian entrees, which can be made vegan by requesting a vegan dressing instead of the house dressing, include Szechwan Green Beans, Ma-Po Tofu, Sauteed Asparagus, Thai Eggplant, Spicy Triple Delight, Curry Vegetable and Hot Spicy Cabbage. Noodle dishes and fried rice can also be made vegan by requesting rice noodles and no egg and no fish and oyster sauces. Also offers a vegetable sushi roll. Meals cost about $8.
