I regularly travel more than 30 miles to eat the real vegetarian Indian food served at Aman's. Many of the clientele are real Indian folk, and Aman himself often strolls among the tables, chitchatting with people about their dining experience. In the evening, the chefs will make the food as spicy as you like. Aman sometimes serves as the expert chef. The daily lunch buffet presents a variety of delicious vegetarian choices for working people in the area (hot sauce available for those who prefer extra spice). Included are deep fried appetizers, spicy potatoes and Indian gravy, chick pea curry, many different dal (lentil) dishes, creamy spinach curries, and the best main dish cooked carrots (gajar) shredded, with cashews, I have ever eaten.
