There were a few veg options, but no particularly exciting ones. They use Silken tofu, which when fried could only best be described as spongy on the outside and liquid on the inside. I ended up picking out all the tofu because it was so squishy and watery, even though the waitress told me they used firm tofu, so my dish consisted of some rice and a few vegetables. I found it to be overpriced and the waitstaff were a bit on the snooty side. On the upside, service was fast even though the restaurant was busy.
