Great food, great atmosphere. Excellent choice for both veggies and omnivores.

A great experience all around.

The menu contains several vegan options and a number of vegetarian options also. The extremely flexible and helpful service and kitchen staff went out of their way to explain ingredients and preparation methods and to suggest alternatives. For example, the soba noodles weren't vegan so we substituted with angel hair pasta. Also, I guess the pasta water was usually used to cook green beans that had been buttered first (don't ask me why!) so they offered to boil a separate pot.

When we saw that there was no vegan dessert, the chef created an enormous, gorgeous fruit platter and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. It included pears, apples, grapefruit, oranges, blueberries, strawberries, and half a cantaloupe. Seriously, the fruit plate was 10 times bigger than I expected. The non-vegans among us with their heavy (but delicious) desserts were envious until we let them pick off our plate.
