Miyoko's Kitchen is the creation of Miyoko Schinner, author of "Artisan Vegan Cheese." Miyoko's Kitchen ships hand-crafted gourmet cultured nut cheeses to all 50 States, and is available in natural groceries and gourmet markets.

All flavors are soy-free and gluten-free. Flavors include Classic Double Cream Chive, Double Cream Sundried Tomato Garlic, High Sierra Rustic Alpine, Fresh Loire Valley in a Fig Leaf, Limited Edition Mt. Vesuvius Black Ash, French Style Winter Truffle, Aged English Sharp Farmhouse, Aged English Smoked Farmhouse, and Country Style Herbs de Provence.
