Glitz Venue with a Veg and Vegan Menu

Amongst all the ostentation, glitterati, and opulence of the Biltmore area, where the streets are paved with gold and the neighborhoods are gated communities with waterfalls, is Seasons 52; replete with separate Veg, Vegan, Low Sodium, Gluten-free, Lactose-free, and Garlic-Free menus.

The Vegetarian menu includes:

Ripe Plum Tomato Flatbread (fresh basil, roasted garlic, melted Parmesan cheese)

Double Hummus & Crisp Sea Salt Lavosh (minted edamame hummus, roasted red pepper hummus)

Organic Field Greens (spiced seeds, tomatoes, cucumbers, white balsamic vinaigrette)
Organic Baby Spinach (seasonal fruit, toasted pine nuts, crumbled gorgonzola cheese)
Kalymnos Greek Salad (feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives)
Heirloom Tomato & Carpaccio

Vegetarian Tasting (triple-grain quinoa salad, soft taco, chile relleno, summer vegetables, cedar-roasted tofu, mango chutney)
Vegetables & Pasta (sautéed with garlic and tomato-basil sauce, Parmesan cheese)
Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli (simmered in tomato-garlic broth, fresh basil - appetizer or entrée portion available)
Cedar Plank Roasted Tofu (choice of asparagus, carrots, broccoli or cremini mushrooms, and roasted potatoes or pearl pasta)
Vegetarian Tacos (black beans, roasted peppers, feta cheese, mole poblano, tomatillo salsa)
