Vegan catering company
Shambhu's was launched in October 2005. Our first event was the Bristol Vegan Fayre that month, at which we were given the opportunity to be the main caterers.
Since then we have catered at several vegan and environmental events, as well as for various other types of functions (meetings, seminars, AGMs, yoga classes, conferences, private parties, wedding receptions and so on), mainly around the London area where we are based. We pride ourselves in producing food that will be suitable for a wide range of dietary requirements, yet appealing to all guests at an event.
The vision for Shambhu's came about when Nishma Shah, the founder, chef and proprietor of Shambhu's, realised in 2005 that she could contribute good quality, home-cooked food, inspired from cultures around the world, and made using organic/fairtrade/UK-produced ingredients where possible.
