Vegan macrobiotic lunches/dinners
They offer three meal options: full, light, and simple. The full meal is three courses: soup; a plate of slow-cooked seasoned beans, grains, roast vegetables, greens, and salad; and a small dessert.
Chef Tenzin used to work at Manzanita/Shangri-La but is using more and different seasonings at Potala.
