FRESH FRESH FRESH, Sharon has a natural talent for food. Definitely check out the raw tacos, all of the food though is amazing. The portions that are given are huge and enough for 2 even 3 meals. All organic, all raw the first of its kind (raw) in the greater columbia area. The staff is warm and Sharon is more than willing to discuss her food with you. Quality is a main goal here as if its not perfect it doesnt go out. Good Life Cafe also uses real glass glasses, plates and real utensils. The water they use is one of the cleanest wonderful tasting waters i have ever had its (Kaegan i think i can get back to you on the official name). After my meal i felt great, not bloated or as if i overindulged. Her desserts are to die for! Its incredible how she has been able to replicate a moon pie, cheese cake and her most famous the cinnamin rolls. They offer a variety of fresh juices and smoothies. The menu is constantly changing based on the freshest produce available. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to even non vegetarians. Simply amazing she truely has a talent for this type of food and her story is amazing. After her grandfather was diagnosed with colon cancer she sought a way to help him, after leaving the hospital she heard a commercial on the radio for macrobiotics. Her grandfather passed not long after. Several years later her father was diagnosed with cancer and knew why she had been called to macro. She helped her father for may years fight the horrible disease but after 4-5 years he passed. Sharon then dove head first into raw foods, her talent is not surpassed as her true calling in life is to educate people on the importance of good healthy food. Give this place a try I promise you wont be disappointed.
