Friendly downstairs pub with real ale and hearty portions of all-veggie food at reasonable prices.

Note that the "three starters for the price of two" combo is not quite the bargain it seems, as the portions are smaller than for a single starter.
The food was attractive but not as varied as it might be. The hot milk pudding was not enjoyed. Quite pricey, but the service was good.
Friendly staff. The daily special is great value at €9.99, and delicious too.
