All Good Bakers
All Good Bakers is Albany's Ethical Farm to Bakery/Cafe. We serve affordable vegan and vegetarian sandwiches, salads, artisan breads, baked goods and other lunch/specialty items that are all made in-house and from-scratch by independent owners Nick & Britin Foster. All ingredients are sourced as hyper-locally as possible and never contain GMO, chemicals, preservatives, hormones, trans-fat, excessive antibiotics/pesticides or overly-processed materials. We partner with numerous small, local suppliers and take delivery of fresh ingredients weekly; every week, in-season, we visit our farmers and actually pick/pull some vegetables straight from the ground ourselves. When we say Fresh, we mean it. No greenwashing. And no meat.
We use environmentally-safe cleaners, compost, recycle, wrap our loaves in biodegradable/compostable unbleached parchment, monitor water use and encourage our customers to bring their own reusable mugs and take out containers (we don't offer paper cups or single-use recyclables).
We share our kitchen space with another small-food producer whose values are in-line with our own. We are open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, and take part in a Saturday Farmers Market in Delmar, NY June-December. Stop on by to see us! We offer 10% off if you arrive via motorless transport, always.
