This place is OK, but not great. Good if you're in the mood for the same ol' falafel and hummus and fries dinner. It's pretty inexpensive, but didn't blow me away. Really I only eat there if I'm sick of everything else in the area. Atmosphere is pretty nice and the service was fine also.
One of my favorite restaurants in Fort Worth. Great filling and cheap food (if you bring a friend). Great variety and very friendly staff. Lunchtime is always packed but dinner is usually quiet. I highly recommend the eggplant falafel sandwich. It's actually 2 sandwiches for only $7! Sweet.
Probably my favorite Denton restaurant. Great prices and great food. The vegetables are always very fresh and the tofu is always fried to perfection. The staff is friendly and the place is small so service is usually pretty quick. Wide variety of Domestic and Asian beers, wines, and other alcohols. I don't drink, but they are there. They also have party trays. Finally, they have a parking lot, which is rare for the Fry/Hickory area.
The food here was OK. Some of the dishes were kind of weird, but most of the different stuff was OK. The avocado rolls are really good, but there really wasn't a huge variety of stuff I was familiar with. I tried some stuff I had never had before there and I don't know if it was really to my taste. I don't know if it's worth it to me to drive to the other side of the metroplex to eat there, but I might eat there again. The service was excellent and the guy that runs it was super nice and helpful. They show one of those vegetarian propaganda videos in the background, which is kinda weird too.
My review on here from a few years ago talked about being disappointed with Sprial. It has since become one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. The food is consistently good, the baked goods are excellent even outside of being vegan and the service has been constantly improving over the years. I eat here like twice a week now. I love the tacos!
This place is a great vegetarian staple in the DFW area. I and a group of friends make a regular trek out from Fort Worth to eat at the buffet here. The food is just straight up good and great for stuffing your face. It is always packed and there is a reason. The owner guy can seem kind of rude at first but after a few visits you get over it. It doesn't really affect the service. It's not the cleanest place, but it's cheap and consistently good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is a little grungy.
Great thai food with lots of vegan options. Basically any entree can be made vegan with a choice of tofu or gluten. Staff is considerate and aware of vegan diets (they warned me that their salad dressing has eggs and offered a peanut sauce as a substitute). Great spring rolls and really tasty gluten.
This was always the "other" vegetarian buffet in Richardson (the first being Suma's). The last few times I have gone it has been amazing though. The food is always great. Not the biggest variety, but everything is always good. It's very clean and the service is very good. I love coming here to stuff my face and feel disgusting afterwards. Definitely worth the drive from Fort Worth.
