Its pizza Luce what can you say, although the staff were unsure what could be made vegan even if it was stated on the menu, and alas the Mexican food appears to no longer have any vegan options.
They now have a good handle on the vegan thing, the host/server person was very helpful, and the food was very good, the Mongolian tofu does indeed rock the house. the mock duck in garlic sauce was tasty too.
Lots of useful vegan items, although a bit more pricey than in the metro. The down side: most of the vegan items we sampled from the deli were um bad. Although the muffins and the tempeh salad were not bad. At least you can sample items before you buy from the deli.
I went there for the first time tonight, I loved what I had and my dining companion was very happy with hers too. I think next time I will for sure try the tofu spring rolls. I was having trouble figuring out just what to get though. I think it might be worth it to become a regular.
Bland bland bland food, and the tofu tasted odd in a non definable way. The dishes we had had almost nothing for flavor. Table service was fast though.

Great place, I wish they would open another one, preferably in Minneapolis or St Paul. My wife and I enjoyed it very much, and it is much tastier than Chipotle. My one complaint is their hot salsa while tasty is not even a little bit hot.
