The food was very good, very high quality. The staff is calm, cool, and friendly. They are helpful and quick. Sit outside in the back and you'll forget you're in the city. They offer vegan and vegetarian deserts, and the same with the entrees. Eat lunch there, then travel a mile around the corner and do your shopping at Whole Foods, and feel like an accomplished vegan!

The only thing I don't like about this restaurant is that they serve meat! Everything else, if you mind the ingredients, is lovely and wonderful! The falafel is to die for. Each big plate is about $6-$9, but is a lot of food. My husband and I both got to-go boxes and had it for lunch the next day.
The other cool thing is that it's right down the street from Spiral Diner!
Great food, and not a bad price. Bring the whole family.

I am just so so very happy to have a *vegan* restaurant right down the street from me! It is very comforting, especiallly since I live in "Cowtown"... Although I don't get to go too often (my wallet won't allow me!) my fave thing to do on Sunday morning is go for their "All you can eat all day pancake breakfast!" Two kinds of huge pancakes, (one is loaded with cranberries and walnuts) and for a bit extra, vegan sausage. A good deal. And they are mostly organic, which adds a bit to the price, but is a wonderful cause and I salute them. Located in a very convenient medical district area, Spiral Diner is a must check it out for locals and visitors, meagans and vegans alike!
