Expensive, but sells a number of products I can't find anywhere else in the area. I would never buy anything here that I can find at Cub or Target, because it will always be far cheaper there, but for those items I can't get without going far out of my way, I like shopping here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, also. The deli counter usually has a nice selection with several vegan options. (Today when I visited there were no vegan options, however, and no vegan soup. All of the dairy and egg-free vegetarian items had honey in them! Even the vegetarian chili.)

I wouldn't do my regular grocery shopping here, but it's fantastic when you feel like splurging on a special treat and/or to stock up on bulk food items such as nutritional yeast.

How disappointing! I was excited to see that there was a place very close to me that offered vegan pizza options. I love Pizza Luce and Galactic Pizza, but it was nice to see a place close to home that made vegan pizza. I was very disappointed to find out that they actually don't offer ANY vegan pizza options, despite their website indicating that they did. Without a vegan crust option for their pizzas (as another reviewer mentioned, neither of their crusts are vegan one contains egg and the other contains honey), vegan cheese means very little. They are really limiting their potential customer base by making their dairy-free pizzas non-vegan.

They seem to have fewer vegan items than they used to, but they are very accommodating and will print out a list of ingredients for any menu item if you ask what is in it. If you mention that you are vegan they will make sure to only bring out vegan breads when they bring the hummus/bread to your table before your meal and/or point out which breads are vegan if you are with a group. (I've only gone with omnis, so there have always been non-vegan breads on the table, but last time the server brought me my own basket of bread and she even knew not to include the ones that had honey!)

Maybe not a first choice for veg*ns going by themselves, but in a group that includes non-veg*ns (especially if you are the only veg*n) this is usually a suggestion that pleases most, in my experience.

Delicious, but overpriced drinks. Great outdoor seating and atmosphere.

When I visited on 3/25/2011, I was told that the crust was not vegan and the only items on the menu that could be made vegan were the salads. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe since the previous posters visited, but it's apparently not vegan now.
