Whole Foods Market in Coral Springs, Florida

Whole Foods Market in Coral Springs offers a nice variety of fresh, reheatable vegetarian food items, however when it comes to ready-to-eat items on their hot bar, selection is very limited. When I am on the go, I would like to have some more variety... and the options that are available are generally not to my liking. The market, overall, has a wide variety of products for me to choose from. Unfortunately, they keep eliminating some of my favorite products, which is quite disappointing.

My husband and I have been visiting Woodlands in Lauderhill ever since we moved back to South Florida in 2007. It is always difficult to find vegetarian restaurants (we are vegetarians), so we were pleased when we discovered Woodlands. The food is absolutely delicious, and the menu is packed with lots of variety! So far, our favorites are the Paneer Chili and the Channa Bhatura. The Mysore Masala Dosa is fabulous, too! Don't forget to have a mango lassi...they are top notch :) For dessert, I suggest the Badam (almond) Halwa!

My husband and I used to order samosas from this place for about a year from 2006-2007. The food is decent, nothing extraordinary or fancy. Yes, it is overpriced. They have great samosas though. We generally called in advance or stopped in to order a dozen samosas... but never really ate in but once or twice.

A bit expensive to visit more than once in a while, but the food was great. The dining area is tight; definitely not stroller friendly!

This place is veg friendly, and has the absolute best falafel around. Affordable, and convenient location to downtown workers. The staff is polite, friendly and provides fast service.
