I got the "menu del dia". It was a lot of food for such a small price, and quite tasty.

Good falafel that's made fresh, not sitting under a heat lamp all day.

The yellow curry tofu was delicious!

Great bulk section.

The bamboo shoots with red curry was great. (It is a dry curry.)

Good food, and very cheap.

My food arrived very quickly even though it was busy. I got the Vegetarian Fajitas without cheese or sour cream. They were good but towards the end i thought it was too salty.

Delicious.

There are so many vegan options on their menu, i don't know if i'll ever get to try them all.

The BBQ Mock Duck and the Spicy Mustard Tofu are great.

My favorites are the Szechuan Fried Cucumbers for the appetizer, and the Eggplant with Brown Bean Sauce for the entree.

Tempura and sushi! Yum!

Incredibly fast service. The vegetarian owner was very friendly. To top it all off, the food was delicious.

The food was great. I ordered Aloo Gobi, and i was careful to check with the waiter that there was no dairy in it. Then he brought the salad out with yogurt dressing on it. He brought me some lentil chips instead, so it worked out.

If you are from out of town be careful, 38th ST is right next to (and parallel) 38th AVE. I didn't find it at first because i was one block off.

The curried greens and blackened tempeh was superb. The toast came with a huge amount of margarine on the side (bring a container so you can take it with you).

The vegetable enchiladas were quite tasty, but the side of beans was a little bland

This pizza had a good crust. The cashier wasn't very helpful in figuring out the price of my vegan pizza. When he rang it up, it was $5 less that i expected. (I would have got more toppings if i had known.)

With their new bigger location, it seems like they just made room for a lot more vitamins. I was excited to find Vegenaise because other stores in town only have Nayonaise (Lowe's and Walmart). It was disappointing to see that of 6 or 7 cheese alternatives, none were vegan. If you don't want to shop at Walmart, this is the best place to find a lot of vegan items.

The sandwich and soup i had were excellent.

Good food, but $11 or $12 for fajitas or a burrito is a bit much.

The Bindi Masala Dry was great!

When i told the staff i wouldn't mind if he piled on the fixings, he went all out. I would barely call that burrito closed. It was the biggest one-tortilla-burrito i have seen. It tasted pretty darn good too!

This restaurant has a nice setting, but i was unimpressed by the food and the portions were small for the price. I had the enchilada with soya (TVP) minus the cheese and cream. I also had the Eggplant with curry minus the cheese. It might be worth the bus ride out to some other restaurants.
