I'm not a vegetarian, but I went and had lunch at Panda Veg with my friend and I thought the food was fantastic! I was also amazed at the dishes they had. There was none of the horrible lemon chicken or General Tso's that are generally served at those silly Americanized Chinese restaurants. Instead, there were dishes that my Chinese mother would usually cook at home (the meat dishes were mock here, of course, but delicious nonetheless). It's as close to authentic Chinese food as you can get away from home (or China) at an affordable price.
