I have an annual pass to Disneyland (I live in Las Vegas) and we always leave and go here for dinner. Excellent food...the lemongrass fish is one of the best dishes I've ever had. The salads and soups are also very tasty! Great vegan cheesecake! The service is wonderful and they always remember my sister and me everytime we come in.
This is the kind of restaurant that I've been hoping to come to Vegas since moving here 7 years ago. In a haystack of fast food, deep fried, junk laden restaurants that surround the valley, this is a true needle of a find. I've been there twice and have been wonderfully surprised with the great food and service.
Being a vegan, it's sometimes hard and challenging to find things other than a salad to eat. At the Red Velvet Cafe, they offer both meat and vegan meals. My boyfriend had the chicken taco salad with real chicken and loved it. I had the vegan tuna melt (yes, vegan!!!) and vegan chicken and swiss wrap (they offered vegan turkey on this wrap, but I asked for a substitute and it was no problem. In addition, their chips are baked, not fried, and their vegan desserts are to die for (they also have non-vegan desserts). They will be opening a bakery next door that will feature vegan and non-vegan desserts. Excellent service and food!!!!!
Great vegan donuts! It's nice to know that they exist, but they are not low-fat :( so I stay away. However, the soy cream in the donuts, the apple fritters, and all the other vegan donuts are amazing!!!!

Amazing salads - great vegan food. The best vegan cheesecake I've ever had! The food was so good, we went there two nights in a row last time we were at Disneyland!
