The Sansai (mountain veg.) soba (buckwheat) noodle hot pot is good. There's tofu teriyaki, veg. gyoza, veg. tempura, veg. roll combo, and mochi for desert. All in all it's a reliable Japanese place, although there's a limited selection of vegetarian dishes.
Courtside Thai offers many vegetarian/vegan options. My personal favorites are the Pad Thai Pak (wide rice noodles with veggies, beancurd, bean sprouts and scallions) and the sweet sticky rice with fresh mango desert.
The only downside is that there's no attached parking lot. You have to park at one of the free public lots nearby (2 - 5 minute walk).
Portions tend to be small at Pad Thai, but the quality is good and the flavors are intense. You can choose tofu to substitute meat in most dishes. I like their yellow curry with tofu. The curry has a nice thick consistency and is slightly sweet. There's plenty of parking. The only complaint I have is that they always seem to have the TV on some gag show or comedy (with sound ON), which can be distracting especially on a date.
Great dosas, especially the Masala version with onions and potatos; nice lunch buffet, clean place and friendly service.
I highly recommend the Vienna location over the Falls Church one. I seem to always get better food, larger portions and friendlier service at the Vienna branch. The Falls Church branch is more spacious, but the quality (and portion!) of the food is more important.

Angelica Kitchen is a bit over priced, but they try to source their produce locally, and pay the growers by cash, which contributes to a higher price on the menu, but for a worthy cause.
That aside, I truly enjoyed the chocolate layer cake and kanten parfait. The tofu sandwich is excellent (caramelized carrots yum~), so is the vegetable lasagna. I've been waiting for a chance to go back ever since moving to a different state...
