ETs (ellwood thompsons) is a great natural market that offers a large array of everything for the vegan & vegetarian! they have a hot bar with veggie & vegan options, a salad bar with vegan & veggie options - and a deli with options for both, too! did i mention they offer vegan cakes, pies, and other baked goods?! ETs also carries a few vegan wines and lots o' vegan staples to stock your pantry! their organic produce section is impressive - and bring your own bag for all of your treats!
Good Foods Grocery is a great organic & natural food store on the southside of richmond. tucked away in a shopping center it's a fairly large store with plenty to offer for the conscious shopper! they have a small "deli" area where one can find some pre-made goodies they cook up in their kitchen, their bulk section is VERY impressive, they also have organic pet food and many natural health & beauty aids as well. Good Foods offers loads of veggie & vegan products and a helpful and ever-so-knowledgeable staff. they're also more than willing to order something for you if you can't find what you're looking for!

i love elephant thai!!! my spouse & i are vegan and eat there every friday night. they have mock duck, plenty of tofu & vegetable options, and vegan cripsy rolls. always fresh & delicious! and remember to bring your own container for your leftovers - a super earth friendly way to take them home to enjoy later! :)
