There are plenty of options for the vegetarian or vegan including: pasta with homemade organic pesto, pasta with organic roasted red pepper sauce, pasta with organic sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, and marinated tofu grilled on the apple wood grill, to name a few. The pasta is handmade with hormone-free cage-free eggs, vegan and gluten-free pasta available upon request. Whatever your diet you can be sure you will have a healthy delicious meal at The Mark – and your body will thank you.
