Green Market has now moved to the Plains Art Museum. They are the new Cafe Muse. They have maintained the excellent food quality in the new location.

Jade Dragon in Fargo, North Dakota

Jade Dragon has recently moved from 13th Ave to 45th St, near Home Depot. It has merged with Snap Pizza. The food is fairly good though not as good as it used to be. They are still open to making things vegetarian or vegan, however they charge for everything. They charged me extra .50 for substituting white rice for fried rice and an extra $1 for tofu (which tasted a bit rubbery) substitution on a $14 chicken dish. Since there is no more table service, you order at a counter and eat on styrofoam dinnerware (yikes). They still charge restaurant rates though, as if there was table service! Overall not as good as before.

Tasty food and lots of vegetarian choices. The Indian-Chinese is very good even though completely different than American-Chinese! Indian-Chinese fried rice, Chole-Bhature and Masala-Dosa are highly recommended. They also have a lunch brunch that is very good. Service is a bit slow on busy days.
