As Ashlanders, we are always stuck with where to go out to eat with the miryad of choices. You can never go wrong at Pangea. A selection of soups, wraps, snadwiches and panninis is always veg-friendly. One of my favorite places in town.
A quiant restaurant in Eugene, Oregon. This little place reminds me of a typical French brasserie. Food was delish and was overjoyed with the seleciton of vegan desserts. Enjoyed the music, service, and charm. We'll be back!

If you don't mind waiting for a table try this place out. The ammount of people there is a clue to the quality and authenticity of this retaurant. I insist on going here everytime that we're in the area. Don't skip the fried potatos, trust me.
