I was pretty impressed with this place. The chef came out and talked with us about the vegan options and even said that if we call ahead in the future, he could make a vegan lasagna or something for a group of people. It's not that often that I find a place that is so accommodating. The Italian bread was delicious and they make it fresh daily, the bruceta was terrific, and the pasta dish I got was light, simple, and amazing. The perfect place for a date or a nice dinner with friends.
Best falafel I've ever had. The lentil soup is wonderful and the hummus is a no-brainer.
I love that they deliver on bikes. I love that they have 3 vegan pizzas. I love that they have mini pizzas. I love that they have awesome bread sticks. And I love that they now have soy cheese (even if it's just sprinkled on top of toppings.
They have great vegan options, but it sucks when it comes to the table with cheese on it. Other than that, the food is great, the portions are huge, brunch is awesome, but waiting an hour for a table is nuts.
The Fat Vegan is the best sandwich. My only complaint is that it should be 3 sandwiches.
This place is great for people who want the kitsch of an urban Mexican restaurant. I've never been impressed with the food and every single time I've gone there, I've been surrounded by obnoxious people who don't have inside voices.
This place has the best vegan pizza I've ever had in my life. I got Dan's Vegan Pizza and it was amazing. The appetizer of bread and dipping sauces is also spectacular! The wait is a bit long, but they make all of the dough fresh, so it's well worth it. Great place for a date, or for a group outing. I can't wait to go back.
It's a great place to drink and hang out with friends, but after a while, the food all starts to taste the same. Last time I ate there, I threw up after having 2 tuffalo wings, so I'm done.
My friends and I have boycotted this place. True, it's great if you want a sobering 2AM order of breadsticks or soggy pizza (once it came with bacon), but the food is really not that great. It also doesn't help that the staff are always stoned and don't know how to keep Parmesan cheese off of your food. I had countless problems with Pizza Shuttle and refuse to ever give them another dollar of my money.
The food is excellent, but make sure you stress dairy or soy cheese (the cooks usually look a little stoned), cause twice, I got dairy (i'm vegan) and didn't realize it until after a couple bites. The breakfast, however, is the best vegan breakfast in the city! Chocolate chip pancakes, vanilla french toast, biscuits and gravy, oh my!

I agree with what the other people said on here about the atmosphere. The lunch/dinner menu is really lacking, but I have to say, they have the best tofu scramble in the city! Your best bet though is either getting something from the deli case or ordering off of the carry-out menu.
