They just introduced veggie sandwiches too. Sooo good. Best Vegan Chinese place ever. They can even make boba drinks vegan for you!
I love how close Bodhi Tree is, I live right down the street. I LOVE their desserts.. banana bread pudding, sweet rice with mango, young coconut!!! Sooo good! I am a bit finicky about their entrees. I have tasted quite a few and think if you get the wrong one, they taste like a tv dinner. They do have a lot of options though. I prefer the lobster (it's amazing). And their appetizers are great. Best vegan eggrolls ever!
I was unhappy with the food here. I've had raw food desserts and they usually taste like what they are representing themselves as. We went there for a dessert fix and I believe we got the tiramisu and a chocolate banana muffin. My tiramisu was a complete nut concoction that tasted nothing like tiramisu. The banana muffin was ok but for a non raw food item, I've had much better for the price. The service was very nice however I don't think I will go here again.
Mother's is wonderful! I love my usuals there.. anything with their veggie cutlet, their stir fry and teriyaki bowls are delightful. Almost anything on their menu can be made vegan. AND they are always open to suggestions, and if you want to make a whole dinner idea they will put it together for you with what they have. Try their french toast with cinnamon swirl bread.. or their biscuit and jam! AND the best part is their milkshakes, every Friday we go there and make a weird concoction out of anything we want! Just watch out, Friday nights they have a guitarist play a strange assortment of songs instrumental on his acoustic guitar.
I liked Native Foods because we are regulars at the Veggie Grill and they must be co-owned or something because they have some identical menu choices. I got their quinoa French Dip once and I would not recommend the meat choice. Their nachos are AMAZING. Just about everything we've tried is delish.. their prices are reasonable, not accurate with this site. I'd say about $7-10 per person.
There food is good! I am a little upset that they just started telling us that their veggie turkey is not vegan. Try their chocolate chip/cranberry/nut cookies though. Only $1 and the best vegan cookies I've ever had.
We are very pleased with the Veggie Grill. Their chillin chicken is indeed the best. We were fans of the peanut butter parfait which is sadly no longer offered. They did make up for it with their cheesecake.. topped with sooooo many berries.. fresh too! Their chipotle ranch sauce is the best vegan ranch I've had. And I vastly prefer sweetheart fries. I even eat them cold the next day! We always go back for more.
We love Victor and the Wheel of Life.. so much in fact, they are catering our wedding in June! I enjoy their prange chicken and BBQ chicken.. everything here is delish, who am I kidding?! Their sweet rice w/ mungbean is my favorite dessert and Victor's too. He'll greet you on your first visit and you'll keep coming back!
As for the comment below me.. I certainly hope that is not true. I am extremely allergic to dairy enough that if I eat something with a tiny bit on accident I can tell. I have not had an allergy yet but will be aware and try ordering the thai iced tea. Thank you for the heads up.
We liked the choice of toppings and the fact that the flavors change bi-monthly. Great prices too.. we spent 8 dollars for two huge cups of frozen yogurt. We like the fresh fruit as well. The only drawback is that the non-dairy flavors were all fruit flavors and were pretty much the same as a sorbet not so much like ice cream.
