I had a little trouble finding the restaurant, but it was definitely worth the trouble. The service was solicitous without being overbearing. The food was very Vegan friendly. It was spiced to the point of beads of sweat on the brow just as I asked for it. I will be back and often.
This restaurant entry is now Mike Thai in east Mesa.
I really tried by going more than once. The final time when I asked the cook for something without butter or cheese, he showed me where the butter was kept. The manager came over and asked what the problem was, he got very defensive when I told him his staff was not vegan aware. He said I should have asked for their choices without butter or cheese, I told him when I did, I was shown where the butter was kept. He assured me his staff was the best available. I assured him I would never darken his door again.

I eat here at least three times a week. I order the Veggie Grill Wrap Meal without the cheese or yogurt sauce, adding humus and hot sauce. The Falafel wrap is vegan as is. The staff and owner are all very friendly and extremely accommodating. The only drawback is the restaurant isn't closer to home.
