Awe, I am sad to read that Veggie Bistro may have closed. I loved this place. It's a place I miss now that I live in Minneapolis. Excellent food and it was a friendly place to meet up with friends and have dinner!

I am making it mandatory that I bring all of my friends who come out of town to The Seward Cafe for breakfast or lunch. The food is always great! I always get the tofu mock muffin with soy cheese, a double soy latte, vegan fluffy pancake, and usually a cup of fruit will accompany my array of choices. They also have a white hummus sandwich that is oh so yummy and addicting. The Seward Cafe is my favorite place to eat in Minneapolis. I moved here from Southern California and there is nothing like this back home.
