Great cheap place that's collectively run. The best vegan french toast I've found in the Cities, plus a ton of other vegan baked goods. Lots of plants througout the place make a nice atomosphere. They also have an outside eating area that makes you feel like you left the city. Crowded on Sunday morning and sometimes overrun with kids.

Great vegan food at a cheap price! Lots of vegetarian stuff that can easily be made vegan, such a getting a haystack (big plate of taco fixings/ $6) without the cheese and sour cream. I also had vegan 3 berry pie there last week that was great but only available once in a while. It feel great to go some place that's collectively run, but my only gripe is how smokey the place is. They have a tiny non-smoking section with a ton of plants and weird art made from bike parts that I hide in.
