I go there almost every week. Besides the fun ambience (it's a great place to take out-of-towners) they have a vegetarian section of the menu and will make almost anything else vegetarian/vegan. Ask for the pepper and garlic meat to be made with tofu, mmmmmmmm. Also, try the special brown rice.
I've eaten a LOT of veggie Chinese, but this place is hands-down my favorite, and the favorite of my friends. Instead of substituting mushrooms for meat, they actually have several kinds of fake meat they use, and many are incredibly convincing. They don't skimp on the sauce or flavoring, and only a few times have I tried something I didn't like. Their menu is fairly extensive and in recent months has expanded to include vegan desserts and raw food options. My favorite dishes are the sweet and pungent chicken, lemon chicken, steamed dumplings, beef with snow peas, and vegetable lo mein. I've had friends drive an hour just to eat here.

Very veggie-friendly; the entire back page of their menu is vegetarian and plenty of other dishes are marked as well. You have a wide choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, soups (the lentil is great), and platters; the vegetarian souvlaki platter is a crazy amount of food: mushrooms and tomatoes with garlic sauce over rice, falafel patties, dolmatas, hummus, and salad.
