Loved it! The most accomodating Korean restaurant in Minnesota for vegetarians. The server even went to the extent of saying that they will try to make most everything on the menu vegetarian. Obviously the dishes that consist solely of meat would not be able to make this transition, but by-in-large many of the soups, rice and noodle dishes can easily be made both vegetarian and vegan.

The owner is very friendly and genuinely goes out of his way to please customers. He made me something that wasn't on the buffet that I asked about and then he didn't charge me for it. I paid for it anyway because it was delicious. The buffet plus the additional item he made especially for me left me feeling satisfied and full. Nearly all the menu items can be made vegan and most already are by nature. I've been to almost every Indian restaurant in the Twin Cities and this one has by far the best flavor and wide variety of both northern AND southern Indian food. TOTALLY DELICIOUS!

Seven years past since I first stepped through their doors, and only because I lived in Minnesota. Having lived in China twice I would say their vegan offerings are definitely on par with what I came across while there. Creamed corn soup came out first as I anticipated, served into individual bowls per usual, entrees followed promptly, which we shared family style, they best way to enjoy any dinner I believe. Vegetables were fresh with some cut in a decorative manner, wheat gluten and soy protein offerings cooks just right, while sauces were well seasoned making them a perfect accompaniment to their respective dishes.

While you can hardly walk a few blocks without stumbling into a place that sells their products, I prefer to patron their cafes directly. Swung by later in the day to find a nice selection of their baked goodies. Ordered the soup of the day, carrot curry, and a roll. Had the apricot sugar cookie and a few other sweets bagged up to go. Service was friendly and they gave great recommendations. As good as the Fremont Seattle location, in my opinion.

One of my first experiences with stick-to-your-ribs type of vegan fare was here back in May 2006. Love their sandwiches and fries from time, to time. I now go to their food truck parked at Chuck's 85th Street Market on Mondays!

Love, love, love this establishment! They have an amazing menu. From the biscuits and gravy with kale, to their well combined vegetable laden omelets! Staff are on top of things, whether that be suggesting a menu item or sharing a laugh.
