Had my first meal at Mildred's last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Firstly, we were not rushed and secondly, the food was very tasty. I had the soup of the day as a starter and it was mushroom and blue cheese - a very generous serving and extremely delicious! This was followed by the burger of the day - this time, beetroot, carrot and sesame seeds - again a good generous serving and a very tasty burger. The dessert was the weakest part of the meal with the Strawberry crumble being a little too dry and overly cinnamon for my liking. We enjoyed an organic Merlot - nice to have this choice. Overall, friendly service, relaxed and light atmosphere and tasty food. Well worth a visit and I will be going back.

Excellent value for money. Nothing fancy just nice food at £2.95 - can you ask for more in London? Probably cheaper than a coffee in some places!
Good place to fill up on wholesome food. Atmosphere in the restaurant was comfortable - mixed variety of people ranging from couples in suits with a bottle of wine to students stopping buy for a quick fill up!
Definitely going there again, a good find.
