I Went here for the first time with my GF this past weekend. The food and service were both excellent. It may depend on the Chef at the time but both of our meals were beautifully presented. It's pricier than some places but the portion size and deliciousness factor make up for that.
Oh yeah, this place is awesome. My GF usually drags me here once a week, but no complaints from me. The food is great and varied. They have an extensive menu with more "mock" options than you can imagine, as well as a Japanese menu. They also have an all you can eat buffet that houses some of their more popular options.

I feel bad for Janine up there, every time I've been there the staff has been extremely friendly and courteous. It's a shame you had to leave before the food as its excellent as well. Personally the only reason to get out of bed on Saturday morning is a cup of coffee and Vegan French Toast with Soysage from Harrison Street.
