I have problems with wheat as well and have never had a bad experience at Wholly Tomato. I do have a friend who had a sandwich he didn't care for and they took it away and gave him a different one free of charge. I guess you just have to ask. I will say that making our food did take longer than I expected but when I asked they said it is because they take the time to wipe everything down before making a gluten free sandwich to make sure there is no cross contamination. For a safe, gluten free sandwich I was willing to wait. And the cookies are better than the ones I make at home. I don't know maybe she is new to gluten free bread because I have only had a few that were not somewhat dry. Well whatever, I still love it!!!
