I was impressed with reviews of Azia and chose it as a place to celebrate my wife's birthday and entertain 2 couples. The ambiance was as represented. Very hip and very cool. That is the extent of our satisfaction with the restaurant. We were seated upon arrival and waited 10 minutes for a waiter to appear, our water glasses to be filled and our drink orders taken. The waiter's arrogance was laughable at first, but after several snips directed at individuals within the group, was downright unacceptable. The entrees arrived in bits and pieces, with 5 minutes separating the arrival of the first and last. A complaint to the owner mildly improved the level of service and dessert was comped. Lastly, the waiter arrived with our bill, and stated to our group that he had taken the liberty of splitting the check three ways. Insulting and inappropriate, particularly given the fact that we were the hosts for the evening
