I am gluten intolerant, so I was very excited about having an actual sandwich at a sandwich shop! We ordered two simple sandwiches and it took about 15 minutes to make both! We also ordered two gluten free cookies, which thankfully, were already made. The gluten free bread was the worse I have had, it was dry and literally hard to swallow. The condiments were runny and almost tasteless. My husbands sandwich was dry and tasteless as well. I still have no idea why it took so long. I recently tried the sandwich shop again and it still took almost 15 minutes to make two sandwiches. It was worse than the last time I was there. The bread fell apart because it was sooo dry and the condiments that I had to pour on it to eat it, made it fall apart. The cookies, by the way, were so bad. It isn't that hard to make a decent gf/vegan cookie. I will never go there again nor would I recommend you do.
