The food at Udupi is great...it's fragrant, colorful, spicy, amazing and SO MUCH to choose from from the menu but the staff tends to push the food and drinks. I've been there several times and it seems you have to remain pretty assertive or you can end up with a huge bill and way too much food with no clue how it happened. I highly recommend the appetizer platter. This is definately a place to bring a group and to share because there are so many flavors to taste. Big, puffy fresh baked breads, rice dishes, curries...yum! I'd avoid the desserts because they haven't been that impressive. This place is a treat.
