I am more strick than Vegan. I can't eat processed foods...no sugars...no sweetners of any kind. I have bad reactions to most foods except a plant based diet. I got into this over a year ago after seeing..."The Last Heart Attack Diet" on CNN with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and Bill Clinton. I was eating seafood, chicken & Turkey, but stopped that after reviewing the video. I lost 100 lbs. in 1 year. Have been strict vegan for 5-6 months now.
