After a 30-year career practicing clinical nutrition and managing medical nutrition communications with a major pharmaceutical company, I've returned to the appreciation of food for its role in nurturing body and soul, and for providing joy and comfort to our lives.
I created A La Carte Food Tours to share my fascination with food's sensuality--its wonderful colors, aromas, and flavors--with other passionate people.
A La Carte Food Tours Mission: To give our guests food tours that are a little quirky, always entertaining, and very high value. We support local food providers and want to enhance guests' appreciation of global foods and flavors.
