While eating in Greece isn't always easy, I recommend going to traditional "tavernas" where there are typically a large number of vegetable dishes (e.g. fasolakia (green beans), briami (mixed veggies), gigantes (beans, often lima)). Cooked in oil with tomatoes and spices, they should all be vegan. Traditional Greek breads are also vegan, although it's always a good idea to ask. Together, these veggies and bread can make a hearty meal.

One other tip: thanks to Greece's neighbor, Italy, one can often get vegan pasta or pizza in any sizeable town.
