This food cart has falafel sandwiches and a salad which is vegan. The Sabich (eggplant, hummus, egg, and other green veggies wrapped in a pita) can be made vegan by substituting potato for egg. They also have coffee, lemonade and ice tea.

This was the best falafel sandwich I ever had. It was really difficult to not eat the one I bought for my boyfriend.
