Raw vegan food cart

They have a variety of salads and raw wraps. They are at the People's Co-op Farmer's Market: Wednesdays 2-7pm & the Beaverton Farmer's Market: Saturdays 8am-1:30pm (in the main area, right in the center of the market)

The salads are really interesting and good and the wraps are great. Salads also comes with a raw cracker. A nice healthy meal, unless you wander over to Sip for a vegan milkshake!
