Vegan appetizers include Pakora (mildly spiced vegetable fritters, battered and deep-fried) and Cashew Nut Rolls (mashed potatoes blended with cashew nut paste, rolled and deep-fried)

Vegan entrees include Baigan Bharta (eggplant gently roasted in the tandoor, mashed and marinated in a rich blend of mughlai spices and cooked over low heat to draw the richness of the spices), Bhindi Masala (okra cooked with onions, tomatoes and spices), Vegetable Seekh Kabab (mashed and mixed vegetables, spiced then skewered and roasted in a clay oven) and Masala Papad (mildly spiced flat lentil wafers, deep-fried and sprinkled with an exquisite blend of masala, garnished with chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves). Meals cost about $12.
