Appetizers include Kachumber Salad (an array of freshly diced tomatoes, onion and cucumbers with spiced lemon juice dressing), Subzi Tikki (cutlets made from mashed carrots, turnips, peas and potatoes) and Bhel Poori (rice puffs, chickpea-flour vermicelli, diced potatoes and onions mixed with tangy sauces). Entrees include a Vegetable Kabob, Schezwen Tandoori Vegetables, Channa Pindi (chickpeas simmered in fresh tomato sauce and various spices), Bombay Aloo (potatoes sauteed with cumin seeds, spices and fresh cilantro), Saag Aloo (sauteed fresh spinach and potatoes) and Navratten Biriyani (basmati rice cooked with garden fresh vegetables). Meals cost about $9.
