Thai-Vietnamese-Lao restaurant that will substitute tofu for meat in the majority of entrees and prepare them without fish sauce, oyster sauce and egg
Noodle entrees include Pad Thai, Pad se Euiy and Sen me Rad Na, all made with rice noodles. Rice entrees include basil stir-fry, flaming bean sprouts and an asparagus dish. Vegan soups include lemon grass and bume noodle, both with tofu instead of meat. Vietnamese noodle salad in peanut sauce and Vietnamese spring rolls are also vegan when tofu is substituted for meat. Meals cost about $8.
