Vegan restaurant on the West Side
Restaurant, Coffee/Tea/Juice
Finally the West Side has a VEGAN Restaurant. Loving Hut is an up-and-coming chain, with a Chinese-food slant, of 100% Vegan restaurants; and an emphasis and food that is good for the body, mind, and soul (as well as the environment)! .
On the menu, you'll find appetizers ($2.95-$4.25) include Spring rolls, Vegan Sushi, Wontons. As well as soups and salads ($6.25-$7.50)
Entrees ($5.95-$7.95) include Vegan burgers, spaghetti and vermicelli, fried rice, chow mein, lemongrass "chicken," bean curd, eggplant and tofu, sweet and sour "chicken," and more!
There's also decadent Vegan desserts (flan, cheese cake, carrot cake, and ice cream).
As well as fresh juices and hot teas.

I am LUCKY to live so close to this wonderful place. Friends introduced us to it and even my carnivore husband loves it. The staff are lovely and the food as well. I think one of the TV or news stations should come and visit here..the energy and menu are worth it.

This place is amazing. There are so many dishes, appetizers, and drinks to choose from. Just too bad it's all the way in the Northwest Valley (since I don't have a car and live in Tempe). Loving Hut is def. worth the trip out there. Hopefully they'll open a second location a little closer to Downtown Phoenix and the East Valley.
