Raw vegan versions of tradional foods.
Family owned and run raw foods restaurant. They try to use as much as they can of organic, local, and regionally grown foods.
All food is made with fresh fruit, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, grains, and seeds.
Nothing is cooked above 118 degrees. Nuts like almonds, cashews, and walnuts are used in almost every dish. Dates, fruits, and agave nectar are used for sweeteners.

This is a delightful totally raw and vegan bistro with an exotic menu, knowledgable and caring staff, and intimate ambience. We had pizza, nachos, and an incredible grasshopper pie cheesecake. All dishes gourmet-prepared raw food, enticingly presented, and delicious.
Two of us ate well and took a portion home for just over $40.
We are so glad we have Vita RAW in GBAY!
I've eaten here twice and wow is it good. If raw food could be like this everytime then I would be 100% raw. Everything from the soups to the cheescake is amazing. The cheescake in particular is so good. I literally thought it was a real piece of cheescake. Could be cheaper but hey raw food takes a lot of prep.
