South Indian foodcart in front of the Yale-New Haven Hospital

This South Indian foodcart is an off-shoot of the West Haven restaurant of the same name. It has a talented chef who uses minimal oil and dairy products (sometimes he uses cashew cream instead). This suggests the restaurant can easily accommodate vegans, aside from its default vegan South Indian dishes. It also has some North Indian dishes modified with South Indian spices.

The menu has standards such as masala dosa, vada, and curry dishes with eggplant and potato.
