RedRocks opened in 2007 and offers vegan-friendly brick oven pizza in the classic Neapolitan style, along with wood-fired entrées, a variety of specialty salads, Italian-style sandwiches and original starter plates; all served with their fresh housed-baked bread!
RedRocks has 100% vegan Teese "cheese" (made by Chicago Soy Dairy) that they will put on any pizza. They have a few pizzas that are vegan if you just sub soy cheese, but you can always build your own. They charge $2 to sub for vegan cheese.
They also offer a full bar with a large selection of microbrew and imported beers, wines from America and abroad, and have drink specials throughout the week.
